Case Report of Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis Complication after Microvascular Decompression Surgery in the Inactive Phase of Ulcerative Colitis

Background: The risk of thrombosis is high in patients with Ulcerative Colitis. main location the extremity and pulmonary vein. Cerebral venous a rare for mortality. One factors developing association surgery, especially during an active phase Colitis (UC), very few studies report cases occurring inactive phase. Hence, it important surgeon to understand thrombosis, cerebral sinus patient. Case: We are presenting fatal complication male patient 62, who had sagittal multiple intra-cranial hemorrhages both frontal lobes 3 weeks after microvascular decompression surgery hemifacial spasm. Conclusion: higher patients, those undergo regardless its type. Careful peri-operative assessment treatment related thromboembolism prevention reduce complications such cases.
